WoodLake Group grew out of Fieldston Investors (founded by Jim Needham) and Seraphim Investment Group Inc. Handed down over 40 years and at least 5 major recessions, our investment philosophy is built on generating enduring value through cycles. We provide operating leadership and guidance to LMM companies based on decades of investing activities combined with CEO operating experience.

We partner with Private Equity firms and family offices hence we have fiduciary responsibilities to our partners, their stakeholders, and our team. Putting our investors first is the foundation of our culture. They have trusted us to be stewards of their capital, and we accept that trust humbly.
