We partnered with AAVIN Equity Advisors, LLC in Dec 2016 to acquire Standard Precast, a manufacturer of precast concrete drainage products.

There were times when we had to step in as interim management and work through some transition issues, but throughout the entire process we kept our partners updated.

Surprises are good for gifts, but not as much for co-investing.

Success is about clear, consistent, open communication.
