WoodLake Group, LLC is hiring a part-time Investment Analyst to work in our New York, NY office. Job duties include but not limited to：

Lead or Co-lead the preliminary due diligence process, includes research analysis of current economic trends, industry research and company financial stability. (20%)
Assist with transaction execution, including the creation of investment committee materials. (20%)
Prepare and update pitch deck for client’s capital raising and M&A deals, including teaser, confidential information memorandum, management presentation, and modeling summary. (20%)
Conduct and model a broad range of corporate finance alternatives and due diligence including M&A, strategic alternatives, capital structure development, acquisition finance. (20%)
Assist with identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, from intermediaries and professional firms (accountants and law firms) and tracking of internal deal flow. (10%)
Post-investment monitoring of portfolio investment, including generating, reviewing, and distributing performance/KPIs reports for investors on a monthly basis. (5%)
Communicate with clients or prospective clients in China for cross-border transaction. (5%)
